With the football season in full swing, I thought it useful to send everyone some technical information on strength, conditioning and injury prevention for the football codes.
In this 6 minute video former Australian Wallabies, New Zealand All Black, Crusader, Newcastle Knights and Parramatta Eels Strength and Conditioning Coach  Ashley Jones – demonstrates some of the best and most effective exercises for sports conditioning.
